17+ years in IT and product/delivery management. Worked as Product Owner, Scrum Master and IT Project Manager on complex products — crypto fintech, B2C platforms at European scale and enterprise.
Experience with large backlogs, distributed teams and multiple stakeholders. Brings clarity to ambiguity: transforms fragmented requirements into actionable roadmaps and coordinates delivery from idea to go-live.
Iosif Vigh
Software Architect / Engineering
Software engineer with 10+ years of experience in backend development, cloud infrastructure and automation — for medical startups, European ticketing platforms, compliance applications and enterprise. Works primarily with Node.js, PHP/Laravel and AWS.
Measurable results on existing systems: infrastructure costs cut by 40%, 11× performance gains after zero-downtime migrations, serverless applications running for years with minimal maintenance. As a Fractional CTO he has taken products from idea to launch, and today integrates AI across the entire delivery process — from specifications to testing. Graduate of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
